Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
My ankle is still puffy and tender/tight. Did hot-tub, ultra sound, exercises, and then biked for 40 mins. It felt a lot better after all of that, and I was even able to do a few steeple drills.

Then did core, lifted a little, and iced my leg again.
