162. LONG RUN.

Weather: sunny, windy, 33 degrees.

Comments:
ran alone on my long run today. felt pretty decent for the first half, my shins/calves weren't that bad. ugh, the pain of my shins/calves are so unpredictable. anyway, my right hip/IT band got so sore on the back half of my run. it started to really ache on the last 1.5 miles. ;( i've been icing and shit, but ugh ): so gaby's gonna teach me a new stretch tomorrow. but right now all i can do is ice again. .. :( anyway, overall good run. kinda zoned out on my run :)

splits: ... left my watch at the fitness center.. >:( i'm an idiot..

extra: vern (X2), calf raises, hip stretch.
