Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I spend 4 1/2 hours at the KAC today... my life is KAC.
2:30, weightlifting and core
3:30, steeplechase work
4:45, long run with Will
The run was good - on paper, it looks slow. What should be noted is that this run was one of the most aggressively windy runs I've gone on in a while. So when we were going slow, we were fighting heavy resistance. The toughest part was not getting discouraged by Mother Nature - when we weren't running into the wind, I didn't notice the wind much, but when we did do into the wind, it picked up at full force. The physics of it created a bit of an illusion, like whenever we started running into the wind, Mother Nature turned on the wind just for us. Still, good run.
Up the highway east, down Horn, onto Hopewell through Stonehenge, back by Big Run.
