I don't understand how people are calling it an easy run when there was panting the whole time. It was really windy and it snowed for the first portion - so hitting sub 7 pace in those conditions wasn't easy at all. But whatever, who am I.

Did Aurene and Canada Road with 6x200 rolling afterwards. That was also windy, so hitting the times which were hit involved going at around :30 effort for a :35

Lawson started to talk to me about goals for he outdoor season during the 200s. So here are my goals for the season

Do 15000 Pushups over the course of the season
Do 50 ab workouts in 50 days
Foot Drills Everyday

Make it to New Balance Outdoor Nationals on the 4x800 team Cartwright wants to send.
