Ran with Katie!!!!!! We took it out a little fast, calmed down, I had really bad cramps (fuck my life), and then finished out pretty hard! Love running with my best friend. Did core at the gym and stretched on the track. Probably shouldn't have dropped a 7:08 last mile because I'm already failing every workout but we'll see how it goes...
