legs felt awful the first half, they were pretty much telling me they've had enough running for this lifetime.
2x8 125lbs, 2x8 135lbs, then back down to 125 since my form was falling apart. 135 was tough.
Deadlifts with 135 for 8, then up to 155lbs for the next 3 sets i think. man i was seeing stars and darkening vision after every set. exhausting as shit. thats why they call deadlifts the king of all exercises.
hamstring curls with a 80lbs total, felt it in the hammies and also upper calves.
leg press with just 45lbs on each side, went for 3x10. really tough
