wanted to run fast 800 with pat. supposed to have a rabbit but he never got up to front so i just led. 1st lap too slow like usual...went 60 and then 59/60 not exactly sure. if i could just make myself go out faster then i could hold a 60 second lap and run a good time. then ran 4x400 w/ 56 split for my leg. slow..form falling apart at end. need some speed work to get the 400 down and then run a good 800
