1.5M warm-up/1M cool-down
6x800m @ Ipace(73) (2:28.1, 2:27.6, 2:27, 2:26.7, 2:25.1, 2:26.7) w/ 400m jog (~2:15) recovery.

Tough workout. Started the day wanting to do 8x800m but after a few we realized that we'd be dead and w/ the races on Saturday we opted to cut it down. Tightened up the last 200m of the last repeat. Had gone through 600m faster than all the other repeats but had nothing left to kick it in. Still a good workout and I feel like I'm almost back to the form I was in prior to the ski trip.
