Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 mile warmup to SUCOs track. Lanes 1&2 weren't paved so ran inbetween lanes 3&4, times were really slow for the workout: 3x800, 400, 400 then 4x200s at the end. Hands were so cold by the end that my watch only timed one of the 200s but they were probably all around the same. 2 mile cool down. In so much pain because it was so cold
