Comments:
localized pain in middle of left shin on the warmup - mild (3/10). Even if it turns into something more serious, I really want to run through it till the end of outdoor. Too close to breaking some PRs to shut it down with a month left.

it's weird watching the weather transform over the course of your workout. inexplicably, I got faster as the snow came down harder. called it after the 400's in the last set because conditions were getting pretty whiteout, it was pretty difficult to keep my eyes open with all the snow, and traction was starting to go; I was starting to slide on the turns.
