Weather: cool and cloudy
Comments:
7.8 because i don't think it was quite the 8 miles i had planned to run. Ran with matt for most of it. we took it pretty easy. I felt really good and was relaxed the whole run. 16.2 in the next 2 days makes 40 for the week-which i'll be happy with.
