Comments:
ran with jackieee today! finally someone to run with :) anyway, did a quick race prep. my run was decent. my calves felt kinda tight throughout the run but everything else was fine. tried to keep my breathing as controlled as possible and was working on my knees again when climbing those hills. overall, felt good. nervous for tomorrow ....

extra: rehab on shins/calves/hip, pre race, elevated.
