run felt so much better the second half than the first. as always the favorite part of my runs are walking back through the doors of veale at the end lol.
took today off from lift so i can recover neuromuscularly/hormonally. my upper back and lats are so sore that pulling open doors on campus all day got pretty tough haha which means yesterday was successful
