Comments:
ran two miles in the morning before steeple drills, then did barrier work-- going into the sand pit. then ate lunch and chilled for a bit. then ran with corey for 8, nice and easy. then did 4x100m striders w/ 100 jog btwn. then static 2, ibisx31, hipsx10.
