Comments:
5 on 2 off X 6. I felt alright. The weather got to me. One concern is my left calf is still extremely sore from Monday's workout, on my cool down I felt pain in my achilles tendon. I massaged it, iced it, and ice massaged it. The soreness is low in my soleus and I'm pretty sure that's whats making my achilles hurt.
