Comments:
Went on the treadmill today to take some impact off my legs because of the achilles. It felt fine through 4 miles, then I started noticing pain again. I called it after a few attempts at stretching then running again. The pain was horrible, but it was enough to concern me and make me stop short of 8 miles. I'm going to massage and ice again today, and possibly take the weekend off. We'll see how it feels tomorrow. I just feel like if I can get my calf to be less sore/tight this will go away.
