Comments:
Did not race. Just did a workeut instead. Started with 5 400s but was rudely interrupted by people so they were harder/longer than they should have been. Then the meet started so i went outside and did a tempo. Started around 6 minute pace and got faster every 5 minutes. Felt pretty easy even though i was running pooty fast at the end. Then did 5 150s and my legs were sooooo sore. legs felt better during tempo than during the 400s
