everything alone today. solo girl of the day :( anyway, it was a big confidence booster race for me!! :) 27 second PR and i couldn't be happier :) but i still have a lot to improve on. i finally ran through the line so that was good cause i kept stopped at the line at previous meets. i also did well in getting out fast and putting myself in the mix. but now i need to learn to not try passing someone on a turn. i accidently tripped the girl and my hip started to get really sore ... :P yeah. but great meet overall! WHOO! :) left hip is so sore, so ima do a bunch of icing tonight.
3 minute shakeout, 15 minute warmup, 8x50 strides, 1 mile race, 20 minute cooldown.
