Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My ankle still hurt, but felt a lot better. Got taped at the trainers, and was able to actually run. I didn't feel great at first, but I still ran my 4's wayyy faster than I had anticipated at 3k pace.
All of my reps were under 80, and a few were 75, and I even ran a 73! I was exhausted afterwards and my body was spazzing. But it was a great workout all in all. Praise God!
