pretty good run today, felt better too. chris ethan david the crew.

DB shoulder press 4x10, great progression from last time. 4th set was a 7-3 rest pause. 5th set was a dropset 35-20-15. I think next week I will attempt 3x8 with 40s, then drop to 35s for the 4th set
lateral raises, 3x10 with 22.5lbs, then dropped to 20lbs for a set or so to maintain good form. towards the end of each set when form breaks down, i bent my elbows more so i can get it up and still feel the burn. last set a triple drop from 20-15-10.
rear delt flys, 20lbs 3x15 superset with 7lbs on cables, which was all the weight i needed. right arm felt tougher than left to do probably because it gets much less rest. rear delts burned alright
Did traps today, wheelbarrow shrugs. i figured out today that high reps work for me and when i say high reps i mean 20-25 reps per set. started with 90lbs each side 2x25, then dropped to 80lbs to maintain good form did a 15-10 set with that. traps actually felt fatigued from any type of shrugs ive ever done for the first time. good shit
Front raises, 20lbs. use less rest on these, no more than 75-90s. 10 per set. did 4x10
