ran through saugatuck and stayed on clearbrook for a few miles to get in some soft stuff and give the legs a break. speaking of legs, they are still pretty sore and were kinda tired towards the beginning but later in the run they got better. ran with ian livsis. stretched, lifted, abs, yeah.
