Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I woke up today not feeling good to race, but by the afternoon I felt okay to run. So this is the 4x2k workout.
All in all, it went well. I had no bladder problems until the final interval, when I began cramping real badly. But beforehand, it wasn't bad. I moved the steeplechase barrier to the 250m mark, so I went over one barrier per lap (20 total). Very good practice.
