Weather: 38, cold, sunny.

Comments:
recovery run today. felt pretty decent. i'm sore everywhere, and my hamstrings are bothersome but not horrible. shins/calves actually felt decent but my left hip is still bothering me ): still doing stretches but yeah! hoepfully they feel better by monday.

no splits.

extra: idk wht the extra work was so i ddi myrtle, back, and heel/toe.
