Waneka variation

Weather: Sunny and 70s.

Comments:
I ran a little harder today, doing Waneka loop with a couple of spurs to total 3.17 miles. I ran under 7:40 pace for the last .17, and just over 8:00 for the 3rd mile, and the hamstring didn't bother me very much.
