Weather: 1400: Cold with a slight breeze
Comments:
About the time I showed up to start running, I became extremely hungry - not a good thing. Anyhow, I decided to run anyway but just take it very easy. Ran the following hills:
-1st mile of XC course.
-Hill up the road from ball fields
-Tennis court hill (made as extreme as possible).
-XC hill from lower fields back up to the track.
Time would have been slightly better minus the 1 minute piss break in the woods.
