Muscles worked on today:
Lower Back (superman exercise), Triceps, Biceps, Push-ups, Calves (Heel Raises, toe raises, shins), Lunges, and Tim Broe exercises.

The same routine, friday and saturday are Nike Outdoor Nationals. We have a miler who runs 4:11 going in, our 4 by mile team currently holds the national record, we have a 800 guy whose going in with his pr of 1:50. It's gonna be an exciting day for the Danbury guys. These guys are seniors most of them are missing graduation, which is tomorrow. It's going to be sad seeing all that I've done for the school both academically and athletically but nonetheless, I am very excited for college.

Running starts up again next monday. So pumped.
