168. LONG RUN.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: windy as hellllllllll, 37 degrees, cloudy and light snow.

Comments:
long run today -- 6 miles on the path and finished 3 on the treadmill. before i even got on the path, my shins started aching. they got so bad by the 4 mile mark that i had to stop and stretch. anyway, so i kept going to see how i felt and by the 6, my shins started to ache again so i turned back and finished the rest on the treadhill. heselton was elipticalling next to me ... it was awkkkward. anyway, yeah once i turned around the wind would not stop! :( the wind started to make my right hip sore and it started hurting ALONG with my shin/calves. and my breathing was just horrendous. yup. horrible run. nothing really too good about this run -____-

splits: 10:21, 10:12, 10:33, 9:53, 9:59, 9:50, 30:00 (3 miles on treadmil).
