Comments:
warmup stretch and half mile with pickups
then 4x1200 on 6:30 cycle aiming for 3:30s (4:40 pace) had a lot of trouble with it, couldn't hit the pace from beginning and just didn't feel natural. could never get my breathing under control. rather troubling since i will be aiming for 4:40s on Friday. long run yesterday may have taken more out of me than i thought..coach said to relax on the hard days a bit (3 in a row since saturday) hopefully i'm ready to go on friday
