Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 sets of 4x400. 90 seconds between intervals, 5 minutes between sets. Holy crap. this hurt.

First set: 64, 64, 64, 64. on the money. Felt smooth, but kinda painful. Figured I'd work through it.

Second set: 64, 64. then I had that fuzzy feeling in my head like I'd just finished my last interval and run really hard. 32 for the first 200 of the next one...37 for the second. Just completely fell apart. Not that feeling of "oh i feel overworked." Just that feeling of "holy crap. I just hit a wall." First time since 500s sophomore year that I've felt like that. 72 on the last one. Just wanted to finish.

Can only take away positives from this. Ran the whole thing in trainers. Felt smooth on the 64's. Legs were hurting for most of it but didn't feel like I couldn't finish until, well I literally just couldn't finish. I'll be ready to run 64's and 65's for a 1500 in 4 weeks.
