easy and then hurtles

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with John, Presto, Tom, and Lawson. Felt decent. 5 minutes of fun and footdrills with Presto. Lots of hurtle work after that. I'm gonna practice steeple this season and it's going to be great. Oh and the bottom of my foot on the inside has been hurting for a day or so. I don't know what's up. It's not that bad, but i'll keep an eye on it.
