sore report:
pecs are not as sore as usual i tihnk. probably because the primary exercise was done in more of a nervous system/fiber recruitment way as opposed to hypertrophic metabolic training.
biceps are sore, near the peak which is good, probably meaning i targetted the peak well. or that could just be a load of broscience bullshit. left is more sore than the right.
triceps are fine
