6 1000s at I pace, alternating over hurdles (1 3 5).
3:13, 3:03, 3:17, 3:05, 3:20, 2:55.
Its hard to judge my effort with the hurdles in lane 5. never really feel smooth over hurdles.
4x200 at 32 to finish.
