This workout is entitled "Late Night 800s: Chasing Sean Edition." In this installment of our new series, we find our protagonist in a strange, fascinating workout: run 800, dawdle a 100, and run a 300 like he's on fire! Indoors! Plot twist, it's just him and his teammate Sean, who is a magnificent runner. Can our hero keep up?

The answer is: kind of! In the least shocking of all possible outcomes, our protagonist did quite well but not outstanding - what impeccable consistency! His average 800 time was 2:15-16, and average 300 time was 47. Join us next time for more statistics and stories!
