Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6x1000 with 2:30 rest, 4x200 with 60 rest. Hit 3:01, 3:08, 3:10, 3:08, 3:09, 3:17, 32, 32, 32, 31. Felt pretty solid, faded on the last lap a few times. On the last 1000 Bobby wanted at least 4 of us under 3:00 so I went out a little faster than I had been going and just completely died. 200s felt fine. All in all a pretty solid workout, happy with where I'm at after the winter.
