Weather: 43, sunny and dry, breezy too.
Comments:
everything alone today. toughtough workout :( eh, my calves feel busted and broken again.. anyway, so we did 2 sets of 400 all-outs with 6 minute rest followed by 4x100 at 800 pace with 90 second rest. i was so tired after those all-outs. my butt was hurting too ): ouch. yeah, it was a toughass workout cause my arms felt like jelly on the last 100 and my breathing was stupid again. on the cooldown, something was hurting so bad in my lower chest. i had to stop after a minute to rest .. :( but towards the end, my breathing and everything just got so much better. decent workout overall :)

100 splits: 00:20.44, 00:20.43, 00:20.58, 00:20.03.
extra: myrtle, standing abs, the new ball circuit, 100-up, calf roll-out.
