1.5M warm-up and 1.5M cool-down

5x800m @ 74sec/400m (2:27.1, 2:27, 2:25.5, 2:26.7, 2:28.1) w/ 400m jog recovery (2:00-2:05) + 1x400m @ 74sec/400m (74.1).

Felt pretty good early on but it kind of feel like my hamstring isn't working. There's no power so it's not tired but the rest of body is spent from picking up the slack.
