Comments:
At spring break practice. I met Anthony's fast college friend, Jen and her friend Dan. They both ran with us and we took an interesting route through the CCT and some neighborhoods that spilled back onto Western avenue. I felt pretty good, but expected more, so I talked Anthony into letting me extend. Planks, leg lifts and pushups when I got home.
