Comments:
1.75 warmup, strides. Felt great during the 5k. First mile was 5:58 and then i dont know the other splits. Stayed behind a Hofstra girl the whole time feeling good and was able to have a good finish. Surprised myself by PRing: 19:05. 2 mile cooldown. Foot is killing me though since Monday so need to take care of that
