Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This run was supposed to be easy but I was feeling good. I ran the first 4 pretty hard. 20:04 for the first 4 miles in the country. I stopped for 1:30 to collect myself and started again. When I started again, my calves started to hurt again and the pain just didn't go away. Easy miles tomorrow, although these were to be easy.

Pain has slowly been reducing since I went back to the adidas.
