Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Uuuugh. The weather was so good today. Which makes this a really annoying incident.
I was running Caves 12, and two miles in my left hip burst with a cramp. That cramp elevated a lot, and now I think I pulled a muscle or tendon in my joint. I made it back okay, cutting the run short through Quarry. My running on the way back wasn't limping, but the closest thing to it that's still decent running.
I guess this story will continue in the days to come. Fingers crossed that this doesn't become a big problem.
