Comments:
6x1000m with 400m jog rest + 30 seconds. I was planning on working on my kick today by going through the 800 in 2:24-2:25 and then kicking it in the last 200 to finish in 2:57 or so for each rep. As soon as I started though I knew that that wasn't in the cards. The cold, rainy, windy weather sapped all my motivation to go fast and I ended up doing these way slower than I should have. I went through the 800 in 2:33 and finished in 3:06-3:07 for pretty much all of them. 76s felt way harder than they should have and the 33 second last 200 of each rep felt like a complete sprint.
