3 up, 2x800 FAST with 10 min. rest. 10 min. break after the second, 6x150 w/ 30s rest between each.

33 degrees, really windy on the second turn and front straight.

Took the second one out way more relaxed and brought it home hard.

150s were 21-22 with the last one in 20.

Both 800's felt smooth and relaxed. really happy with this. it looks impressive, but to be honest i really should be able to do this...last year i did 8x8 with 3min. rest at 2:16 working down to 2:11...so this isn't even close to that.
