Comments:
Felt ok today but hamstrings were a little tight. First 3 were solid, and I stayed with the pack. #4 was bad, I kind of lost focus. However, after that #5, #6 were very good. #7 was a good effort but I couldn't hang with Sam and Sean. Overall a good workout though.
