Comments:
10' warm-up on the stationary bike (Elliptical was in use)
3 sets of my regular routine; next time I'll increase the weight.
10' cool down on the bike
and a few more mins doing core with CC.

We went home expecting to watch GoT but, after 5' or so, the file was corrupted and we couldn't watch any more. If I could buy it legally, I would but it's not available in Canada on iTunes. Man oh man.
