Comments:
1.5 warmup, 3 mile tempo on the track...on pace (on the higher end) and legs felt fine but so starving since I hadn't had lunch and a little out of it, strangest weather of on and off snow: 6:35, 13:17, 19:55 (6:38 pace)...1/2 mile jog...2 mile of in-out hard strides (strided straight aways, jogged turns) ended up being 15:00...1.5 mile cool down
