Comments:
2xmile at T (5:13, 5:16), with 1 min rest. 4x1000 at I (3:08, 3:04's) with 2:30 rest, 3x200 at R. very windy out which slowed down times, but I ran slower than I'd like. Was 3 seconds behind the front group for the whole thing, which isn't bad for a month of no sub-5 pace in a month. good motivation for sub-15 at conferences though, gotta keep my nose to the grindstone for a few weeks. right hip flexor killed today, was limping after the cooldown. not sure what's up with that at all.
