Comments:
Had a workout planned today but had to put if off because I couldn't find either of my watches. I looked for a good 40 minutes, just ransacking my house. I decided to just do an easy run plus a good set of strides. Felt a little sluggish on the run but felt great on the strides. Did 8 of them as opposed to my usual 4.
