Comments:
Workout with 1500 guys again... nice to get some speed work and change gears from my fall and winter training. 3 sets of 1k at T, (we did this over hurdles), 300, 300 at R, 200 at F. all with 60sec rest and jog lap between sets (3min-3.5min rest).
Felt alright over hurdles not too bad, pace was controlled. speed was tough but also controlled, F pace didn't feel to hard.
