Comments:
pretty good weather. still wore tights doe. the workout was:
3x 600,400,200,200
first and third over hurdles (except 200s)
here are the times i ran:
1:45, 68, 31, 30; 1:41, 64, fast, fast; 1:42, 65, fast, fast
the rest was 1:1 distance, and 5' btwn sets. so pretty ample and sufficient for fast running. some of the hurdles were good, but it was hard with the fast running thing. then cool down, new lift, abs, stretch.
