2M warm-up, 1.5M cool down

3 sets of (800m @Rpace (66-67) + 200m jog + 200m @Rpace (33) + 200m jog + 200m @Fpace (30-31) + 800m jog). Splits were: 2:13.7, 34.5, 31.1, 2:14.3, 33.6, 31.7, 2:17.1, 33.3, 31.

Legs were done on the last 800. Super slow the last 250-300 meters. The wind made it a lot tougher. Overall, pretty good workout. Nice to see the 2:13-2:14 range is repeatable.
